Flabby Stomach

It's been over 11 months since the birth of our 2nd child, but my flabby stomach still look like 3-4 months pregnant. Recently I've been telling hubby that I hope to do at least 20 sit-ups everyday so that I can try to tone down the flabbiness bit by bit, and hope to increase the number of sit-ups gradually. I remembered in the past I could easily do up to 50 sit-ups a day during my teenage years & I had flat toned stomach, I could wear any tight fitting clothing without worries. Now I could only see & feel but cannot buy....sigh! Is it just the sacrifice of being a mother or is it just me being plain lazy? I guess I need to be more consistent in my exercise so that I can go to my favourite boutiques to buy tight fitting clothes again! haha...

I know the fastest method to slim down is to go to slimming centre, but I felt that it will be a waste of money to do that if I'm going to have one or two more children within next couple of years. But hubby promised me that he will sponsor me for the slimming course when I have finished my mission (he better remember his promise!).

Yesterday I was buying dinner from one of the food stalls at the nearby kopitiam (coffee shop) & the lady was asking me:

Lady: Are you pregnant again?

Me: huh? No lah!

Lady: Oh! I thought you are pregnant again.

Me: I know my tummy still look fat & flabby & I can't seem to get rid of it.

Lady: Don't worry! It took me 2 to 3 years to get rid of it.

Me: So long? *bang head*
