Slimming Journey #2 - Mental Motivation

Current Update: I have lost slightly more than 1kg over the past one week & will continue to stick to my low calorie diet . I am hoping to see a change in my tummy shape soon. Less snacks & sweet stuffs for myself. 

Introduce lesser fats & more fiber into my diet is kind of torture initially but I'm sure I will slowly & gradually get used to it. Still a long way to go....endure!
