Foo's House Gastrobar

There are a few restaurants at Jalan Pari Burong off Simpang Bedok and Foo's House Gastrobar is located there. I was enticed by a sign board placed outside the restaurant when it stated that the chef was an ex Grand Hyatt Executive Sous Chef. Hmm...I was wondering how good the food will be! 

My verdict was the place might looked run down & retro but the food that we've tried was very nice! We will definitely go back there again to eat someday. Apparently some of their dishes are cooked in Hainanese style. If you're going to try their crispy pork knuckles, you have to order 3 days in advance :)

Need I say more? I must try their signature dish..
